| Gold Member | Roasted Peas as snack I just stumbled across these the other day, and I think they are a great snack. Roasted Peas, you can get them at stores like wild oats or trader joes. Where ever they sell bulk stuff. The nutrient breakdown for 30g (about 2-3 handfulls) is: Carbs 18g (of which 5g is fiber), Protien 7g, fat 0g. | Gold Member | They are lightly salted but no added sugar. I dont remember for sure but I think the label on the bin said 0 simple sugars. SR |

| Gold Member | There is a wasabi (hot mustard) coated version that kicks up the flavor but with the flavor also comes more fat. SR |
