I just stumbled across these the other day, and I think they are a great snack. Roasted Peas, you can get them at stores like wild oats or trader joes. Where ever they sell bulk stuff. The nutrient breakdown for 30g (about 2-3 handfulls) is: Carbs 18g (of which 5g is fiber), Protien 7g, fat 0g. They are cruncy, very tasty and contain a fair amout of protein.
