Night time meal??

  1. Night time meal??

    First off, let me just say that I despise DESPISE DESPISE DESPISE cottage cheese... ok now since I can't eat that at night, what else should i take? I had been having a couple scoops of pb, but starting to put on alittle to much around the belly from it. I was thinking instead of cottage cheese, how about 1 cup of fat free yogurt with scoop of muscle milk in it, accompanied by 2-3 eggs? That work or what should I change?

  2. thats cool man. CC is good because is casein. There's lots of other choices (egg is good) thats slow releasing such as CC. There's lots of blend protein out there, i would pick one of them up.

  3. 16oz of milk
    3 whole eggs
    1 scoop protein

    throw it in a blender. tastes like chicken.

  4. Try some different brands of CC. There are also some flavored ones. I don't think I would like it because I like plain cotage cheese, but you never know. I also don't like the extra carbs before bed.

  5. Whats wrong with cottage cheese. I love it. Right now I'm into mixing it with ranch dressing and sunflower seeds. Sometimes I may throw some cheese in there. Who knows. What I'm saying is there are ways to change it up. Get creative. It doesn't always have to be just plain old cottage cheese.

    Oh yea and a small amount of carbs too.

  7. eggs are apparently not that slow, like caesin. I always thought they were. They're slower than whey, but so is everything else...
