I love pancakes, period. I can't always fit them into my regular regimen (please don't turn this thread into a debate of macros) today is a low carb version (higher overall calories)

2 scoops vanilla OxyElite PROtein
1/3 cup coconut powder
2 whole eggs
2tbs canola/coconut oil blend
3 packets Splenda
Cinnamon

Just mix it all together, I used a little almond milk, would have added more but ran out. Maybe 1 cup liquid added to mix

Cook on low!!!!!

It's a pain and takes longer but given the ingredients, it prevents them from being dry and burning. I top each with some peanut butter but you can use whatever, Walden Farms choc syrup and maple are good options too for. I added calories.

This makes 3 decent size pancakes (like at Denny's)

Macros...um not sure. I ball parked it with an added 3tbs of PB at roughly

Protein: 70gr
Fat: 90gr
Net carbs: 10gr
-I don't count fiber as a carb....ever.

I assume you're aiming for keto here? Anyone looking for low fat as well should try out the Solution's recipe, love it.

Basically you can just replace his fat sources with a moisture agent; pumpkin or unsweetened apple sauce.

This one sounds like it would have a unique taste, I may try it out

Yeah I've made with applesauce when I was back loading and it's awesome. I used regular maple syrup then. Take the oil and PB out and it aves you about 60gr of fat lol

For those doing IF/Backloading this is a great recipe

If 90g of fat is more than your entire daily allowance, you probably aren't eating enough fat.

Vanilla cinnamon is always great.

I bet chocolate OEP and cocoa would be good too, mind you I'm just chocolate addicted.

Do you get the coconut taste at all?

It's more than mine lol some of us are lightweights. That and too much in one sitting turns me into a balloon.

I'm pretty sure I am. Maybe you're eating too much :)
