    Critque this fat loss diet.


    How effective would this diet be for loseing body fat percentage?

    Day 1: moderate carbohydrate intake: 1.5grams per lb of body weight

    Moderate protein intake : 1gram per lb bodyweight

    Low fat intake: 1/4g for each lb bodyweight



    Day 2 & 3: low carbohydrate intake: . .5grams per lb of bodyweight

    High protein intake: 1.5grams per lb bodyweight

    Low fat intake: 1/4gram per lb bodyweight



    Day 4: high carbohydrate intake: 2grams per lb bodyweight

    Moderate protein intake: 1gram per lb bodyweight

    Low fat in take: 1/2gram per lb bodyweight



    Day 4: high carbohydrate intake: 2grams per lb bodyweight

    Moderate protein intake: 1gram per lb bodyweight

    Low fat in take: 1/2gram per lb bodyweight

    Then Repeat

    i'm not experienced in the diet sector but it looks like too many carbs. 1.5 X bodyweight on a moderate day?

    Well how much do you weight? If you're 400 pounds then 800g of carbs on your high day is way too much. Check out the BFL program. I've been doing it for 4 weeks as of today and lost 9 pounds whilst looking alot leaner...So give us your weight.
