Due to changing life circumstances, for two weeks out of every month I will only be able to train late at night, with perhaps an hour after training to eat. Currently I've had great success grouping the majority of my daily carbs around my workouts (pre/post). I see little reason to change this plan given the changed circumstances. Most posts i'VE read in this regard seem to agree with this dietary plan as well.

What does seem to be lacking is any subjective input from individuals who have trained/eaten in this pattern. I'm wondering if anyone else has done this successfully?
