Looking for experiences that others have had in regards to using calcium pyruvate for body recomping. I'm interested in learning whatever is out there on the subject.
little to 0 effect for me. have way better luck with current generation fbs and forsk95
I even used it at 5 gr a day way back when it was touted as the holy grail.. it is not.
I, too, tried it back circa 1997 when it was the holy grail. I can't say I noticed anything from it except having to pee more....then again I was on a bunch of other cutting supps that could have been diuretic, so I can not say for sure.
