i have done some reseach and I'm interested in taking a fat loss supplement. I've heard the best are Lipo 6, and SAN Tight. What is recommended? What are side effects and everything else. I'm just trying to lose some of the fat I have recently gained in my mid-section without losing muscle. Thanks.
