Apparently it's different from person to person but erase pro drys my elbows out and makes them achy. I'd recommend some fish oil or some other kind of joint support if you experience it. Eat a lot but keep it clean and this stack will give you amazing results.

i prefer erase, EP didnt sit well with me

as crazy as it sounds, 3 caps erase didnt dry me out like 1 cap EP. my joints were terrible on EP

Man would you be interested in maybe adding CP20 to that mix? Im trying to get PES and USPlabs to bring back the Nutraplanet stack to help finish the chisel process at the end of a summer cut.
