Is there such a thing as a log that is formatted for your daily diet and training? Or do you keep seperate logs? In either case, if you could point me to an online source I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!
Thanks. I took a look, but I didn't see anything about a training log. It looks like a diet log only, and I'd like to track both in one notebook/worksheet/?? to keep things consolidated.
