Hey everyone,
This is my first post on this website so if this isn't the proper way to go about presenting a question please forgive me. Anyway, what I'm wanting to figure out is this: I have currently done a lot of reading on carb backloading and since I have a particularly odd schedule this seems like the best diet for me at the current time. However, my main concern is that I am currently running PH(about 1.5-2 weeks left) and am training with a lot of volume, german volume training to be specific. Is it likely that i can adjust to training this hard on no carbs or will I have to wait until after my PH and drop a little bit of volume? The reason I ask is because there has been days that I've had to lay in the floor until my post workout carbs kicked in just from missing a meal. Thanks in advance for your opinions/help!
