Hey guys I'm competing 8/17/13, I had my last comp 5/11 for mens physique. I got off keto after comp so now I redid my prep, after that I went from 173lbs to 185lbs. I want to lose a solid amount of fat but keep the size. Here is my prep, I started eating carbs after getting off keto
Meal 1. Breakfast/pre workout
1 2/3 cup egg whites
4oz sweet potato
4oz avocado
Post workout
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop glyco maize
Meal 2. Lunch
7oz chicken breast
2/3 cup brown rice
1 1/4oz almonds
Meal 3. Dinner
1 2/3 cup egg whites
4oz sweet potato
4oz avocado
Meal 4. Late dinner
7oz chicken breast
2/3 cup brown rice
1 1/4oz almonds
Meal 4 1 2/3 cup egg whites
4oz sweet potato
4oz avocado
2400 cals 200g's protein 200g's carbs 80g's fats My question is should I cycle the carbs or should I cut them little by little
