I usually add a scoop of protein powder in also. That makes it healthy right?
Can't believe I forgot about cookie crisp and cinnamon toast crunch. Team Cheerios was a favorite of mine too. I have some Reeses PB cereal in the cabinet, might have to have that post workout today.
