Weight loss help
Hey everyone. I feel like its finally decide to get up and lose this gut that has been forming but I am a complete newbie to this. Now what is the best way to accomplish this? Chicken and broccoli and protein shakes every day or is there some other way to go about this. Any advice would help. Thanks!!!
