Get Cut or Die Tryin...
Starting my cut on Thursday, April 11th. I'll be treating my cut much like a contest prep. I'll cut for 12 weeks leading to a diced body on July 4th. I'll be running my first test cycle at 400mg per week to preserve muscle and strength (maybe even add a little).
Stats about me... 23 years old, 6'3", ~188 lbs, ~13% bf. I have a really fast metabolism, so I'm currently eating about 4000 calories per day to maintain my weight.
Gonna run macros at about 40c/30p/30f. Starting with 3500 cals a day, and cutting about 100 more cals per week (mainly from carbs).
Starting with 1 HIIT cardio session per week, and slowly adding more sessions every couple weeks.
Running test cyp at 400mg per week for weeks 1-10, taking helladrol at 75mg per day for weeks 5-10. Taking ECA stack 2 weeks on, 2 off for weeks 5-12. Might throw in some Lean Xtreme for the last month.
Goals: sub 7% bf while maintaining muscle and strength.
Everything look good? I'm hoping some of you seasoned cutters will jump in and give me some guidance. Wish me luck!

I guess I'll be down to about 2400 cals eventually. I actually have to try to cut slow cause I can easily lose like 3 + lbs a week. So if I'm losing more than 1.5 lbs per week, I'll add a few caloriesOriginally Posted by PuZo

Well, I watched my macros closely and ate ~3500 cals a day... and after 1 week... I gained 2lbs. Haha. I think my initial weigh in was a fluke. I remember thinking it was particularly low. But I still think I need to cut more cals. Gonna try 3000 cals with same macro ratios and see what happens.

And check this out... I made a pic of my diet schedule so I could have it on my phone. A lot of the things are nick names like "cut breakfast" which is 3 eggs, 2 servings egg whites, 2 pieces whole wheat toast with sugar free grape jelly. Ham helper is whole grain hamburger helper of course. I feel really good about my diet because it hits my macros almost perfectly most days. The only things I'm sketch about is that there is some sugar in my honey bunches of oats (HBO), but its pretty damn low for cereal (6g per serving). And I put dextrose and maltodextrin in my post workout shake. Other than that... I'm keeping sugar really low. and I'll cut those sugars out as I near the end of my cut, or as fat loss stalls. But if u guys have any suggestions, let me know.
