So I am 16, around 5'10" 175 and not all muscle as I wish it would be!! But I'm hoping to change that over the next few months! I want to eat healthy but It's hard when there is no plan to stick to. I want to workout 5-6 times a week but again it's hard when there is no determined plan that keeps me noon track, so I am here for you guys today asking what I can do to lose some fat and add on mass.
