I want to get down to contest shape.. Right now im probly sittin at 13% bf.. I know theres a bunch of different ways to get down jus wanna hear some opinions..what has worked best for you.( of those who have conpeted) cut carbs out rite from the beginning? Cycle carbs the while way through or jus use a defecit and then deplete rite before the show to thhen carb back up?
