So I have a photo shoot in one month exactly. I have gain a couple bf %'s over the past 2 weeks through bad dieting and being too busy with school to make it to the gym daily.
I'm planning on carb cycling for next month, eating everything gluten free to keep bloat to minimum (paleo diet). What are some good preworkouts for fat burning? I haven't took any pre's in over a month and need something to help me at the gym get to 6% bf by Feb 19th. Any input is much appreciated. Thanks fellas and ladies!
