    I'm doing my pre contest diet, I'm trying to save a bit of money. Do you think it would be ok to have fat free cottage cheese before bed instead if buying casein since milk products are a no no for pre contest?? Comments and thoughts please. Negative and positive


  2. Well casein is a milk product...

    A drawback to cottage cheese would be the sodium content. Salt will cause you to retain water, making a dry look difficult.

  3. So what do u suggest before bed? Or better yet what would a sample diet plan look like??
