    Stats - 5'10 175 about 15% BF after bulking. Finally at a point where I want to cut and slow bulk again
    Lean weight of about 150 looking to lean out
    Macros Im using - 160p, 43F, and 130c - 1500 cals.

    Diet plan - 5 meals

    Meal one - 3 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oats

    Meal two - Chicken breast (100g) and 1/2 cup oats

    Meal 3 - Chicken Breast(80g) and apple

    Meal 4 - Tilapia and vege and cup rice

    Meal 5 - ounce of nuts, 80g chicken breat and vege


    My workout is 5/3/1 with at least 5 days of walking 3 miles per week. Thanks for the help. Idea is a slow "cut" without strength loss so a recomp.


  2. Man 1500 cals is far far too low! Is that in lifting days or off days? Might be ok for off days but I'd up the fats and lower the carbs and vice versa for lifting days.

  4. more protein. I like atleast 1g per lb. So you need atleast 170 preferably higher
    The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do.

  5. Bro, you need more food. LOTS MORE FOOD. Unless your 3 weeks out and a light weight that ain't gonna cut it.
