Calorie restriction and tdee

I'm 5 11 and I weigh 175, my waist is 31 but I'm not shredded. Website kal Calculators say my tdee is 2800 kals but if I eat 1700-2000 kals, won't that get me shredded quicker? I weight lift 5 times a week and 3 days of cardio. I do IF diet. Please critique

You should eat no more then a 500 caloric deficit from it.



Choosing to eat at a GREATER caloric deficit won't speed up results. It may speed up the scale moving, but as far as how you look in the mirror.....it will be counter productive. If you want to look good at the end of your cut, you need to eat at a HEALTHY caloric deficit.
