What's up AM.
I'm 19 Yrs. old 5' 7" 180 pounds.
I just got off of a complete no carb diet and lost about 40 pounds (was 220) In about 2 1/2 months.
I really didn't care if I lost muscle so I did it as long as I lost weight.
The only thing is that I don't want to do that no more and now I'm back to eating 4-5 meals
Typically 30g protein, 30g carbs, 5-10g fats per meal.
I have maintained my weight eating like this for 2 weeks now but I feel that I still need to lose more weight because I have a lot of man boobs (I consider myself an ectomorph) and that pisses me off.
I workout 4 times a week working each body part once/week and do cardio on days I rest.
Currently on Protein, creatine, fish oil, multi, and fat burner.
Tell me what you recommend I should do and about how much more weight I should lose and how.
Also at around what bodyfat % should I be right now?
Any advice is welcome :)
My goals are to lose weight and then bulk up
Tell me how I look

Good job bro. Congrats. How do you loose more fat? Keep doing what your doing....IT'S WORKING! You should only ask yourself that question when you hit a plateau.

If your goal is to loose whats left of your man boobs, 20 more lbs should do it.

As far as your end-result goal...that's really up to you and how comfortable you are with your body. YOUR the one who should make that decision. Your relationship with food has allot to do with it too.

Yes man titties are killing me!!!!!!!
I'll just continue to eat how I mentioned above and mix it with High Interval Sprints for cardio atleast 3 to 4 times a week?

Sounds good. Don't forget to slowly ramp up the cardio to prevent over-training and going into starvation mode.

Nice back by the way. Especially for someone who recently started training. Lucky focker.

I think I'm 20?
Low 20's would be a reasonable estimate, just keep at it. It's all about progression, every 1-2 weeks make small increments in your cardio with small decrements in caloric intake. Your results will be more consistant and sustainable with this method versus large fluctuations.
