Good job bro. Congrats. How do you loose more fat? Keep doing what your doing....IT'S WORKING! You should only ask yourself that question when you hit a plateau.
If your goal is to loose whats left of your man boobs, 20 more lbs should do it.
As far as your end-result goal...that's really up to you and how comfortable you are with your body. YOUR the one who should make that decision. Your relationship with food has allot to do with it too.

Yes man titties are killing me!!!!!!!
I'll just continue to eat how I mentioned above and mix it with High Interval Sprints for cardio atleast 3 to 4 times a week?

Sounds good. Don't forget to slowly ramp up the cardio to prevent over-training and going into starvation mode.

Low 20's would be a reasonable estimate, just keep at it. It's all about progression, every 1-2 weeks make small increments in your cardio with small decrements in caloric intake. Your results will be more consistant and sustainable with this method versus large fluctuations.
