Do you guys eat the same thing every day??? So that you know how many cals you are intakeing if so how often do you switch it up? Ive been eating the same meals all throughout the day so I can get 250g protein and 3000 calories but at lunch and dinner I usually eat something different every day allways trying and almost allways succeding in getting 500 calories and 50 grams of protein at lunch and dinner. I mean I eat and eat and eat all day long .... the SAME things but not at lunch and dinner. Is this bad? I will post my Bulking diet too. Should I be doing any cardio I think it would defeat the purpose of BULKING but I want to get bigger but not become a fat ass in the process is that inevitable even if I am eating only 20 percent fat? If so thats ok I could stand to gain some fat...
