Alright well im trying to get shredded, shred some body fat that is .

So heres my plan tell me if its good, bad, ill survive on it haha .

About me

5 foot 8 Inches
168 Pounds
BF% - Cant really tell but all my abs are faint, lines are there (if that helps )


6 meals.
2 of each /3 meal split.
Protein = 4 calories per gram of protein
Fat = 9 calories per gram of fat
Carbs= 4 calories per gram of carbs.
50% protein, 30 % Carbs, 20 % Fats
2300 Calories
280g Protein
172g carbs
52g Fat

I was calculating this out and the protein seemed a little high .... the split of the macros is listed 50/30/20. What I was thinking was doing 30% fats and 20% carbs. I was thinking that carbs are kinda ****ty and I could benefit (size wise) from adding a bit more fat into my diet. So if I did 30% fat itd be 77G of fat and 20% carbs would be 115g. I also calculated my maintenance to be 2900 calories using an online calculator. Are my calories okay, or to much of a deficit? I want to gain a little size but my main goal is to get real defined. So let me know whats right, whats wrong, what I can tweak, etc. I want to get my diet 99% so I can reap all the benefits of lifting!

WORKOUT Schedule

Ill be working out 5-6 times a week - lifting
Cardio - 3-4 times a week.
-My cardio will either be a 2.5 mile run at a moderate pace or sprints.
