Top round,cube steak is lean as hell and cheap.If you want a tender lean piece try flank steak...

Flank IMO, But I eat steak nearly every day and it's usually some kind of round or london broil. Flank is tough as ****.Beef isn't as bad as some think as long as you trim the fat.
