K so I'm 215@ about 12-13%
I can see my abs(still a bit blurry) etc

I'm trying to get to 10%

The weight loss has slowed down considerably

Diet
100-180g of carbs a day depending on what muscle group
Protein 250-300
Fats 45-75


I do cardio for 10-15 minutes after my weight training while sipping on BCAA

Supplants
Ostarine
T3 (25mcg)
Preworkout
Whey

Help me out here gentleman

No expert by any means, but a couple suggestions perhaps -

How bout moving cardio in front of your workout, or up the time but do your cardio on rest days?

Are you getting enough calories?

Up the cardio and do sprints instead of LISS.

.45-.5g of fat per LB of BW. No more than 1g of protein per LB of BW is needed, adjust carbs for the rest of the kCals while still on a deficit. Also, by far not enough cardio, like Rodja said...Up the cardio and do HIIT.

5 minute warm up jog.
8 sets of:
-30 second sprint
-1 minute cooldown jog
You can do an extra sprint just shy of failure.
5 min cool off jog.

Start like that...when it's easy, add more sets...sounds easy but it isnt.

Drop the T3 and pick up ECY stack...Ostarine is not a strong enough anabolic to pair up to t3 (just saying...)

I have a slow metabolism as it is (yeah I have had TSH tested slightly below normal) I take it eod

ECY stack then, paired with the HIIT you should be fine. If that all doesn't work then set up your diet right like I said...You are missing Fats in your diet. .5g of fat per LB of BW.

Adding fats in- .5g for every lb puts me at about 105 grams of fat
