    whats the best way to get rid of subcutaneous fat and get to <10% bf??

    yea im afraid of burning into muscle i have a six pack but i want that crazy ripped look, from your avatar u look like your in good shape that bf % would be great, any hints on how to prevent burning into muslce?

    Lift heavy and keep protein high and fats moderate. Average deficit about 300-500 cal daily. Supplement with bcaas if you feel like you need it

    8 % in that pic. Don't worry about burning muscle. It happens in any calorie deficit. Just let muscle memory do its job.you will regain fast. Tapper up diet and you'll be fine.
