Hi anyone help me currently train weights Thai boxing. Need some ideas for breakfast and lat night snacks as I am always hungry sick of just having protein shakes all day

For breakfast - egg whites, banana, berries, oats, cinnamon, cocoa powder ---> mix everything up and do some pancakes! Simple and tasty!
For night time snack - cottage cheese, 1 scoop of protein powder, blueberries, coconut oil tablespoon.

If you want more ideas go to AX website and download muscle book! Great source of information

Mixing cottage cheese and yogurt is yummy too. And you can add lots of stuff. Precooking rice chicken and Veges to mix and microwave makes a yummy meal too.

My breakfast is 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 slices of wheat toast and an apple(or any fruit) and hot sauce. That's your best friend when you are cutting. Haha.

It's likely you're always hungry late at night because you don't eat enough during the day. Get off the protein shakes and get on real food. Chicken, steak, eggs, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, natty PB, almonds, EVOO, flax seeds, avocados, loads of fruits & vegetables.

Are you trying to cut, or are you looking to optimize performance in your thai boxing?

Eggs with some toast. I used to do 6-10 eggs in the morning and make a ham, tomato, spinach, and cheese omelette. Fills you up and has a good amount of fat and protein.

    1. Get a blender
    2. 7 eggwhites, 1 whole egg
    3. 1 cup oatmeal
    4. Blend it all together until liquified
    5. Cooking spray on a squillet
    6. Pour contents onto warm squillet
    7. Cinnamon and sweet n low on top after cooked
    ***PROTEIN PANCAKES***

...I personally make 1 large pancake the size of my squillet. I have once baught zero carb, zero sugar, zero sodium, zero fat, zero calorie syrup from a health food store but it's kind of expensive. Once and a while I will treat myself to it

    For breakfast
Fruit makes a fine start to the day-
add it to your favorite muesli. A few prunes or prune juice will help to keep things on the move and add a glass of fruit juice will help boost your Vitamin C levels. And enjoy a poached egg on wholemeal toast occasionally.

    For late night
Try easily digested high-carbohydrate food which will help you get to sleep. Try tortellini with a simple leaf salad, or grilled salmon with couscous.

These are good and a good low carb replacement for oats is ground flaxseed

Is it just a straight substitution? Or would you keep say a half or quarter cup oats? And if that's the case what's the ground flax seed you'd add?

Depending on how many pancakes I want (although I usually just treat myself to one), I will use:

2 tablespoons bob red mill's golden flaxseed meal
    1 tablespoon of Splenda
    Cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 scoop protein powder of choice (I have Dymatize Chocolate PB)
    1 egg*
    Water*

    * add water slowly until you get desired texture

    * whole egg can be replaced with egg substitute if you have that on hand

First, mix dry ingredients in bowl, followed by wet ingredients. Let sit for about a minute before cooking.

If I'm feeling rebellious I will add some mini semi-sweet chocolate chips or fruit, and then top it all off with SF syrup. Hope that helps
