First, I want to clarify that I'm posting this for my wife.
Ok, has anyone out there tried this stuff? I'm personally afraid of wasting money on some stuff that doesn't work. She's primarily trying to break through a plateau that she's stuck on. ECA has worked thus far. She wants to try this stuff. Here's a link to their propaganda:
