Macronutrient and Calorie Table??

I've seen a table like this somewhere awhile ago and I can't find it again. the only link I've found is dead. Does anyone know where I can find one. It was a table which showed a macronutrient breakdown and total calories based on weight and I think BF% or some other factors.

Just go to fitday.com and enter whichever food you have in mind.

no sorry, I didn't specify correctly. I'm lookin for the calorie intake a person needs (whether maintain bulk or cut). I saw a table like that before but I can't find it.
