Hi people this is for my mrs..
Basically shes 29 about 5ft 6inch size 10, weight 10stone 5 she wants to loose some weight so she's taking dieting pills called xenical pills and doesn't really eat much at all which iv been telling her is wrong, I'm starting her on a some cardio nice and easy 4 days a week, could anyway tell me a good way to diet and some exercises to help toan up and loose some weight please
