So after my winter bulk I gained some nice size and worked hard to get it. However, with this came the inevitable bf so I decided to cut a little. I lost 9 pounds and leaned out some. I would like to get a little leaner but really don't want to lose much more size so I'm attempting more of a recomp.

I have never done a real recomp before and would really appreciate some input..I eat roughly 200 cals below matinence. I do cardio 3 times a week and lift 3-4 days a week. I have shortened my rest periods ans this has helped some with bf burning. I know everybody would love to burn bodyfat along with gaining muscle so I don't expect it to be quick
