Need help with last few

Hey everyone. I'm currently sitting at around 180. I'm looking to cut down just a bit to 175. I wanna maintain as much muscle as possible during the process. I'm eating around 2100 on off days and 2500 on workout days depending on intensity.

Any suggestions?
