How often should I use bcaa?
Started contest on June 21st. Weight was 322. Today 7-7-12 I am 302. Things are going good!
I also did not start as low as I originally wanted we have a couple 400 pounders in the contest and I wanted to make sure I would have the weight to lose if they were serious about this thing.
So what's the status?
Started on 6-21 at 322 today 302.
Be safe, man. I know that you want the money but I've seen the show a couple of times and in my opinion it's not a healthy way to reach your goals. They make very obese people run full speed and in one episode a guy injured his leg because of that. Running in that weight will be hard on your knees and ankles.
Eat clean. Stay off the sugar and in my opinion, off corn, wheat and pretty much all grains except brown rice, quinoa and some of the other gluten free grains.
Ok the contest ended. I won with a total of 65 pounds lost in 10 weeks. And no it's not healthy to lose it that fast. But we just got back from Florida and had a great time!
