1. cutting

    If I'm trying to cut how much protein should I be takin per day??

    Need feedback


  2. .9-1.2 grams per pound of body weight for a cut 1-1.5 for a bulk but some say you can just get 1 gram per pound of lean muscle...I'd say better safe then sorry so I get 1 gram per pound of body weight
