Hi all and thanks for all the great information I've read so far,

I'm starting my first Clen/T3 cycle and would like to know if I should adjust my weight training or cardio during the cycle duration?

Currently I do a 4-day weightlifting split, and 20minute HIIT cardio on off days. Is this too much to maintain while on Clen/T3 ? Should I swap to LISS cardio for 30-40mins instead or drop a training day?

Also, how important is it to do "PCT" with 7-keto DHEA following the use of T3? And is it necessary to supplement with potassium to adjust electrolyte balance with Clen?
