  10. That's an amazing transformation in 3 months! I'm looking to do something similar, problem I have is I really dont know much at all nutrition wise. What was a typical days food for you if you don't mind me asking?

    Page nine for full diet layout bro its intense but it works. Slowly cut out carbs with a high carb day once every two weeks or so

  28. Kind of busy tonight but today was day 3 of the Condense experience and hoooolllllllyyyyyyy shiiiittttt. Me and my boy hit shoulders tomight and I had the craziest vein running down my biceps through my shoulders and across my chest! Epic! Then I go to the locker room and start posing only to find a sick vein on my lats! Besides all this the workouts are great! The caffeine gets you going and the vascularity makes you feel like a badass. I let my buddy try a scoop and he loved it so much he bought the condense dpol stack on nutra. Peace. Arms day tomorrow!!!

    It was a pretty bad diet early cause I lived in the dorms and didn't have many choices I just tried to eat clean then at the beginning of the summer I would have egg whites protein bar a double chicken subway 6 inch and chicken and rice. All spread out
