Thanks all. cutting back on food alot this week to get to atleast 205. As of right now I think 195 is attainable. I really am amazed I had that much fat on my frame. I am glad that this cut has given me a new perspective on how good I could look.
7 weeks until a competition I've had my eye on. Not quite ready but I'm gunna work my ass off this week get to 203 and be there! Believe that
