Yeah and an Intraworkout that I sometimes drank instead of a protein bar. And I didn't really count cals I just quit eating dirty and didn't eat after 7. Cardio six days a week alternating between going hard and pretty easy. 30minutes at 3.5 one day then 15 at 7 the next with some stair stepper jump rope and sprints thrown in thereOriginally Posted by AaronJP1
