bf @ 10% relation to carb intake on a bulk

have come a cross the statement above. i am currently cutting with jack3d abd alphat2. and am wondering if its true how does it work??? and y if above which i am 10% and how do the bluk carb intake effect insullen making u fatter than if u start below 10%. hope this makes sense.

the only thing I can really think of is that your estrogen is likely to be higher if you are over 10%. But that shouldn't affect insulin sensitivity that much.
