Hey guys I'm new to this app. My question is what would be the best way to cut some BF. I'm 6 foot 185lb's 12% BF, 31 waist with a decent built to my body. My diet has been carb depleted for 3 days and then the 4th day I refuel. My daily calorie intake is about 1700-1900 calories, with atleast 230g of protein per day. I see a good amount of definition and my abs slightly pop out. My goal is to be at 8%BF and atleast 170lbs by end of April. I feel like I've hit a plateau. I need help plus what would be a good fat burning stack
