Cutting diet?

In an on-going quest to make my fat-ass much smaller I have done some research and come up with this possible diet:

Fist the numbers- 26 yo, 218 lbs, 28-30% bf
Then the history-I lost 42 lbs from Jan to Jun on a C-K-D (preparing for my wedding but have been stagnant since returning from the honeymoon).
Now the routine-3 day split (Mon-Legs & abs/Tues-Chest,Shoulders, & Tri/Fri-Bi & Back), Low intensity cardio 40-50 min 5 days

Finally the plan-

My modest goals are 10-12% bf. I don't care about weight as that is just a number and means nothing. Please feel free to make suggestions point out flaws in my design.
