First off I am 6ft 4in at 235-240 just trying to cut that last bit in the mid section

My TDEE is 3,635
my RMR is 2,343

I can't find a accurate bmi calc unfortunately, the one I use to use is non existant now

My diet stats are

Cal/fat/carb/protein
2295/35.23/66.38/306.6

I am still loosing the weight just seems that my diet is not balanced correctly.

I've been playing with my diet so much at this point its just p*****g me off.

Any help and/or guidance would be appreciated
