Hello
SW: 176
CW: 161
Bf%: 16-17%
Height 5'9"
Age: 35
It seemed like the first 13 pounds came off rather quickly and easily just with new cardio and eating healthier over past few months.
Now, it seems quite challenging since I hit 161.
If I follow the simple principle of staying in a caloric deficit of about 500 cals a day, shouldn't I be able to continue losing weight to get that body fat% down?
I shoot for about 500 cal deficit a day, and currently taking fitness labs Diet Stack and African Mango.
I plan to change, soon, to Oxyelite pro during day and lipotropin PM at night.
I do about 40-60 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and lift weights about 2-3x/week.
Is that enough to continue moving in right direction?
