Semi-Cut Meal Plan - Help

Hello,
When I started getting into lifting, I was around 175 LBS (I'm 6'2). I started getting serious following programs changing my diet and decided to go on a bulk. By the end of my bulk, I got up to 212 LBS. I have to say that I did gain a good amount of muscle but also put on a lot of body fat, couldn't even see my abs anymore, had a huge gut. After that, I decided to try and lose some body fat. I changed my diet and started doing cardio every day after my weight training which I never did while bulking. As of right now, I'm down to 190 LBS. I wanted to get others opinion on my current meal plan, mainly the meal after my post workout shake which is the last meal of my day.

Meal 1 7:00 AM
6 Eggs (4 Whites, 2 Whole)
5 oz 2% Milk
1-2 pieces 100% Whole Wheat Bread

Meal 2 9:00 AM
1 Scoop 100% Whey Protein
1 Bananna

Meal 3 11:00 AM
1 8 oz. Chicken Breast
1 Cup of White Rice
8-12 Almonds

Meal 4 1:00 PM
1 8 oz. Chicken Breast
1 Cup of White Rice
8-12 Almonds

Meal 5 3:00 PM Pre-Workout

1 Apple

Workout 5:30 - 7:00 PM

Meal 6 - Post Workout Shake 7:00 PM
1 1/2 Scoops of Insu-Pro (22g Protein/48g Carbs)

Meal 7 8:00 PM
1 6 oz. Eye of Round Steak
8 oz. of Broccolli

Do you think I should have a sweet potato with my last meal? Or is it fine the way it is? Thanks
