    Fat burner+Test Booster +creatine


    Dexaprine - Stim
    Lean Extreme - Non Stim
    Sustain Alpha - Test Booster
    MCC - Creatine
    Green tea
    Fish Oil
    Multi Vitamin

    Jus bought these products. I have taken the Fat burners before, but was wondering if the Test booster and Creatine is overkill?

    Seems like they would be for GAINING instead of LOSING & Cutting....

    But from what I read, they can all be taken together

    Any insight?

    Looks like a neat stack, IMO not an overkill

    Gaining or losing really depends on your diet, creatine helps you train harder and a test booster can promote weight loss

    Yes, Diet & exercise is in order.
    Will not stop carbs, but will control intake of them ...

    Where do u all get ur encouragement from on days that you don't feel the best, to keep on going?

    The things that motivate me are; getting better at my sport which is soccer, the mirror, people with great physique / if you do sports your sports idol, mine is Cristiano Ronaldo (have a picture somewhere, I know this might sound ghay but when I'm feeling lazy I just look at my poster of Cristiano Ronaldo in my room and it really helps motivating me)

    Make a realistic goal you can reach (like bodyweight / bodyfat etc...) and track your progress daily / weekly. This also helps you track your progress and helps you notice if you hit a plateau so you can make a new game plan.
