You need to find your maintainance calories .. Then reduce any where from 300-500 calories per day and see how your body responds .. Tweek it from there .. Can find calculators online .. Google ..
I like 40% carbs 40% protien 20% fats .. When I get hard into the cut more protien less carbs ..
