I am having a really tough time losing this freaking belly fat. I have this "spare tire" around my stomach, I have recently started HIIT training every other day about 2 weeks ago. My diet is in check. I started an ephedra and caffeine stack at the beginning of the week. Can anybody recommend some other workouts, I was injured Afghanistan so long distance running and sprinting is out of the question as I only have one good leg.
This morning I had 3/4 cup of cheerios with 1/4 cup of 1% percent, 1/4 cup of pistachios, and a bottle of water. Lunch is two chicken breasts with 1/2 cup of brown rice. Dinner is 2 Talapia filets, spinach with carrots, cucumbers, and avacado and balsamic vinaigrette. I am disciplined in my dieting so this will do for the next month. I am also working on increasing my muscle on my upper chest because of my saggy tatas. I did a cycle of deca when I was 18 and now that I am 22 my freaking boobs are just barely recovering. I was a dumbass back then. I am looking at cutting out this spare tire before I continue bulking. If any body has some tips on losing this stubborn fat let me know because I am tired of looking like a pear.
