Starting Fitness labs Diet Stack twice daily with African Mango twice daily.
Trying to keep caloric intake at daily 500 calorie deficit.
I do cardio on elliptical for about 40-60 minutes 4-5x a week.
Is that enough you think to at least get down to 157?
Any comments or opinions on the Fitness labs Diet Stack. It seemed convenient and had some good stuff in it. It was excessive on caffeine, which was good for me.
