Has anybody tried reducing their carbs to maybe less than 20% of their calories and having the rest maybe 40% protein, 30% efas, and 10% other fats? I was wondering what might happen if somebody did something similar to this, and what kind of effects such a high number of EFAs would have on the body. Perhaps a 50% blend of Fish and Flax oil or something would be their source for EFAs, so we don't have any arguments about which are superior.
