Macros for day
Starting to get back into the swing of things since my cheat day. Feeling good. Had a great chest and ab day today. I also did 55 min of cardio.
My post lately haven't been as detailed due to time constraints. But I felt like they may have been a little to detailed and long so I haven't had the urge to make the time. I feel like Nobody wants to read several paragraphs but instead just the basics. Either way my workouts are still Intense and I will try and post pics and weight when I feel like a change has been made.
Note: if and when I solely log/review a product I will make sure to be very detailed. But for the purposes of this personal log I am not sure if all the details are needed.
Ok, been keeping up with my diet somewhat but want to keep my protein intake at around 300. QToday was a short day for me so that means less meals. I need to stop munching on bad carbs throughout the day as well. But overall it's good.
I did get an aggressive back day in and 30 min cardio. I didn't do cardio before my workout so I didn't get a great sweat. My 30 min cardio after my lift was less then moderate. I'm ok with that though bc I almost didnt go to the gym today.
I spent a good bit of time today cooking tons of meat and veggies in advance for the next couple days as well as some sugar free jello.
Macros for the day
Might stay up taking care of some late night work around the house. So I should have enough time to chug a shake before bed making my protein closer to 250g.

Sucks you have to diet on so little calories... Don't do it for too long man... or you might not recover to well when it's time to start eating to gain.
Thanks man. it's actually been disturbing me. I have been thinking about boosting my carbs and calories up but eating all my carbs early in the day before my gym sessions and keep lifting hard. Or possibly just boosting my calories up eating more protein and good fat and slow down on the cardio. I don't mind losing weight slowly bc it's harder to gain muscle. Longer day today so I was able to get more protein in. I'm feeling good and doing better all the way around. Still taking the OEP 1/1 throughout the day. I can see that I am making progress but it comes and goes depending on my diet and activity level.
Had a shoulder,trap, and ab day. Started with 30 min cardio then went right into my workout. I went light again bc my shoulder is still acting up. But I did high volume. I hit high rep shrugs as well. A circuit with dumbbells, barbell, and machine. Did about 25 min weighted abs as well. Finished with 22 min of cardio.
Update: Ok before I went to bed I had some more muffins. Like 3 muffins. It felt good though. So I can prob ad 150 carbs to my daily totals lol, not good.
Well, I got my 300g of protein in but toward the end of the night I ended up getting suckered into drinking and eventually eating tons of carbs, I did hit the gym earlier for 55 min cardio age a good bicep/triceps workout. Hopefully get a leg workout in tomorrow but I'm tipsy and have to be at work in 4 hours. Oh it's gonna be a long night/day.
Sucks. That's y I don't go out anymore. Really over it n not worth it. In the end, I'll feel so much better for having the self control and healthy feeling.
